Description

Acura of Ellicott City is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to maintain optimal stock levels at our dealership. Use your previous automotive experience to determine stock levels (new and used vehicles) and effective vehicle placement. Competitive pay and great benefits are available! Must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license and insurable by our carrier.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an attractive lot ensuring vehicles are organized to utilize space efficiently
  • Accept new inventory, conduct inspections, label keys and process
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and identify discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with sales, service and management
  • Drive vehicles around dealership and to other locations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to climb, lift, reach above head, and squat frequently. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm.
Travel 
As needed to other dealerships.
