We are seeking a candidates for our Medical Receptionist position. The Medical Receptionist role is everyone’s first point of contact for the office. Flexibility, professional appearance, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial for this role. The office requires attention to details while maintaining a welcoming presence for both patients, their parents, and visitors.

Monday: 8:00am – 8:00pm Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm |

Position Responsibilities:
• Greeting patients and visitors • Answering telephones in a courteous and professional manner. • Scheduling appointments for patients • Collecting copays or balance due • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, computer knowledge • Must be personable, organized, and reliable • Must like children and have a pleasant demeanor with children • Multilingual (Spanish primarily) speaking a PLUS

Compensation & Benefits offered:
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. Negotiable, Dependent Upon Experience (You must work a minimum of 30 hours a week to be eligible for benefits)
