Senior coordinator procurement is responsible for the coordination on scope of work and tender documents. Co-ordinate technical evaluation, conduct commercial evaluation, and obtain GTC/ LTC approval for award.

Support in preparation of legally binding Letter of Indents, Contracts and Change Orders. Post contract administration in settling disputes, interpreting contract terms, obtain and agree on extra rates, issue of
Change Orders, settlements of claims, contract close-out. Preparing pre-qualification documents and evaluation of contractors.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Obtaining required internal approvals right from issuance of tender, opening bids (technical/ commercial), award recommendation etc
  • Compiling tender documents
  • Evaluation of offers (technical, financial & commercial)
  • Verifying that the Contractor or Vendor complies with all of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
  • Identify material breaches of contract.
  • Issuance of Letter of Award/ Intent and issuance of contract
  • To maintain an accurate and complete file record of all calculations, material lists, costings, drawings, correspondence and purchase orders.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in procurement of materials.
  • Strong Management & Negotiation Skills
