Position Summary:

Sales Coordinator will provide coordination and general administrative support to the Account Executives and Project Managers. Working closely with Account Executives to assist in the set up of new contracts and review existing contracts upon renewal.


  • Set up new contracts
  • Review and update existing contracts
  • Back up to the inside service team and inside sales
  • Manage the document management for contracts
  • Assist the Account Executives to maintain accurate files of all customer correspondence
  • Assist with developing schedules for field personnel to execute contracts
  • Review and hand off all new contracts to the Service Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • Provide support and backup for other administrative duties as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.



  • Excellent writing skills
  • 3 years experience in an Sales administration role
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative
  • Experience working with contracts as asset
  • Ability to work well under pressure
