The Sales and Product Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Product Management teams on a day-to-day basis. The administrator will assist in planning all travel, expense reporting, budgeting management, and serve as a liaison to the corporate headquarters on behalf of the sales and product management teams. In addition, the administrator will input and process sales orders in the sales tracking system. Coordination of various sales projects and AGS sales events may be required.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for supporting the Sales and Product Management teams (both tables and slots) in the following manner

  • Travel – Handle all travel, expenses, and calendar meetings for Sales & Product Management.
  • Opportunity Management – Input sales opportunities and follow up with sales team weekly.
  • Order Execution – Input executed sales orders into NAV to begin production process.
  • Sales Assistance – Manage contract follow-up and provide product information sheets to customers directly as needed.
  • Data Management – Update and maintain current customer information in Salesforce weekly.
  • Ad-hoc support – Assist as needed with any critical projects/needs of the Sales & Product Management teams.
Education/Minimum Years of Experience:
  • High School diploma required
  • Prefer some college related to business, finance or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2+ Years of Administrative Support
Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
  • Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to work on complex problems with limited oversight
Computer/Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with MS office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and abilities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system or other tracking systems
