Technical Specialist III

Our Helpdesk team keeps us going day to day and assures us that we can get the job done. That is what it’s about. When things don’t work, we can’t be great. We need your help being great. If you are passionate about technology to where it’s just not work anymore then we would like to talk to you.

Our team is diverse, real diverse. We have founders of Geek Space Atlanta, Freeside Atlanta, a guy who builds arcade games in his garage, one who speaks at security conferences, a certified mechanic, and one who builds their own hardware. The list goes on. We like unique people who have a techno lust.

We perform our jobs with passion, work diligently and play together as a team. Not because we have too but because we want too. The office can get chaotic. We don’t micro manage (you should be real independent to get along here) and we love everyone having their own ideas. We deal with lots of problems so we try not to bring problems to the office. Leave that at the door.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Solving the impossible.
  • Support desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, lots of software and rocket ships.
  • Figuring out how to make things work better.
  • Being all around swell and helping people with their problems.

  • Expert with Windows 7, and Windows 10. We won’t mention 8 and no one knows what happened to 9…
  • Know Server stuff… The more the better.
  • 3+ years of experience in the tech or in a related area.
  • Experience in 200+ user environment
  • Have a sense of humor
  • Ability to communicate with other sentient beings.
  • Heavy analytical and organizational skills.
