The Product Management Analyst assists the Product Management department using product expertise, competitive analysis and communication skills to provide insightful information related to the Company’s operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Product Management Analyst will also build rapport and work with other departments to accomplish goals set by Senior Management.

  • Sales Support: Works closely with sales to provide key product insights, competitive intelligence and drive revenue
  • Product Expert: Researches internal and external products to become a slot product expert and a resource for all departments
  • Product Database: Creates and maintains master product database for internal and external product
  • Product Life-Cycle Management: Assists in launching, training and tracking of product from inception through retirement
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Completes daily assigned tasks to support Senior Management
Education/Minimum Years of Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years in management reporting, analysis or product management
Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
  • Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on complex problems with limited oversight
Computer/Technical Skills:
  • MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of excel functions and abilities
  • Experience with enterprise reporting software
