Reporting to the Lead Producer, the Game Producer II will have a software production background in video games or slot games. The ideal candidate has shipped multiple products from start to finish in a production role using the SCRUM framework and has 3+ years of project management and team leadership experience in software development. 

Essential Functions:

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Management of game development process using AGILE methodologies
  • Scheduling and budgeting resources across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Writing and maintaining concise and accurate design documents
  • Providing accurate and timely reports on project status and milestones
  • Soliciting and communicating feedback from all relevant stakeholders
  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Interfacing with other departments and outsource partners
  • Contract negotiation
  • Business development
  • Game presentations
  • Trademark search initiation

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with software development as a team lead
  • Experience with AGILE or SCRUM project management methods
  • PMP, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master certification a plus
  • Adept in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
  • Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Version One or similar scheduling software
  • Experience with budgeting, bidding and contracts
  • Proven ability to multitask and focus on details
  • Eye for quality and ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems
  • Experience with bug reporting databases
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and eager to learn
  • Demonstrated passion for video or slot games
  • Experience with version control software
  • Strong team-building skills
  • Maintains an understanding of competitive products and technology
  • Plus: Experience managing external relationships such as licensors and outsource studios
This position will be located in Midtown Atlanta effective late Spring. Position will temporarily be in Duluth until office move occurs.
