Slot Analyst I

The Slot Analyst assists the Product Management department using analytics to inform data-driven decisions related to The Company’s operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Slot Analyst will also work within cross-departmental teams to accomplish goals set by Senior Management.

  • Design, maintain, and support reporting systems and business intelligence dashboards, incorporating continuous improvements to enhance accuracy and usability
  • Support the Sales team by assisting in the management of the opportunity pipeline and acting as a liaison between Sales and Engineering
  • Assist in creating and tracking sales commission plans and quotas; work with management on scorecards and incentive plans
  • Evaluate the feasibility of business opportunities by analyzing potential revenues and costs to determine expected return on investment
  • Deliver casino-level performance reports to highlight trends, potential opportunities and areas of concern
  • Conduct industry and market studies to be used by Executives for setting corporate growth strategy
  • Create and track revenue optimization initiatives; ensure that initiatives are producing desired results and happening in a timely manner

Education/Minimum Years of Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years in management reporting, analysis or product management

Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
  • Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on complex problems with limited oversight

Computer/Technical Skills:
  • MS office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of excel functions and abilities
  • Experience with enterprise reporting software
