We develop content and technologies specific to the needs of each of the markets that we serve, including Native American and commercial gaming markets in the US, the growing Mexican gaming market, and select international jurisdictions.

The Technical Project Manager will manage the projects and releases for a team of Software Engineers and will drive software development for OS and System feature product delivery.

The Technical Project Manager should be able to accomplish the following goals: apply analytical processes to the planning, designing, and implementation of new and improved software to meet business requirements of customers; consulting with Game Development, OS, Hardware and System group team members to clarify and gain input on product functionality and performance.


The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Must be able to take high-level directives and lead the effort of developing cradle-to-grave project plans based on internal product lifecycle processes and industry best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of both project & product quality - what it is and how to measure it. 
  • Responsible for reporting daily OS and System project status.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management experience and skill set inclusive of the following areas – Agile Scrum Development, scope management, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, change management, communication, cost management and quality.
  • Working knowledge of trade-offs in the design for manufacturing, design for quality and design for cost.SKills / requirements:
  • Experienced professional in developing and leading execution of Project Plans in a fast-paced, technology product development environment.
  • Experience gathering technical requirements and change management. Must be diligent with gathering input from all impacted teams (Sales, Product Management, Production, System, OS, and Game Development) and maintain regular communication on progress and completion.
  • Experience working on and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working with and leading project resources not under direct control (both external and internal).
  • Experience in leading the delivery of products from design & development teams to internal or external production teams. 
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects concurrently. 
  • BS Computer Science or Engineering Degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager preferred
  • PMP Certification and Agile Scrum Certification preferred
  • Gaming experience a plus
