The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create and composite images and effects
  • Create graphic compositions and animations, logos, symbol illustrations, menus, UIs and buttons
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas (produce concept sketches and quick concept edits)
  • Design and create overall look and feel for motion graphics projects. Collaborate with the design team to come up with unique and engaging creative experiences
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Train and communicate with team members on the latest art skills and techniques
  • Actively participate and offer creative solutions to both art and game design challenges
  • Participate in content delivery reviews, milestones, QA/testing, research, etc
  • Work on multiple products with an ability to multitask
  • Ability to use a PC
  • Work as a graphic designer as necessary
  • Train junior artists and develop personnel growth opportunities.


  • Portfolio Required.
  • Bachelor Media Art and Animation or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.
  • Four (4) years of experience of graphic illustration, 3D art and animation.
  • Ability to solve problem and exhibit participatory approach is essential. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills.
  • Experience in Object Oriented Design
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and broad thinker who can demonstrate the ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver completed projects and testing requirements in a timely manner
  • Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, MayaZbrush or Mudbox, After Effects and Premier, Traditional 2D animation
