The Slot Performance Analyst is an entry-level position assisting the Product Management department by managing performance data for the Company’s slot operations in the United States and Mexico.  The Slot Performance Analyst will also work within cross-departmental teams to accomplish goals set by Senior Management.

Essential Functions:

  • Access, cleanse and consolidate performance data from casinos in which AGS games are placed.
  • Consolidate performance data into a single performance report and work with systems and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of data each month.
  • Contact customers to obtain missing performance reports and provide consolidated data to various groups within the organization.
  • Ensure consistency of performance data across all company business intelligence systems and databases.
  • This is an hourly position with the possibility of some overtime and weekend work.

Education/Minimum Years of Service:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required

Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
  • Demonstrable track record of working with and servicing internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work on complex problems with limited oversight

Computer/Technical Skills:
  • MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and abilities
  • Experience with enterprise reporting software
