VIP Player Experience Manager

AGS Interactive is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated VIP Player Experience Manager with a proven track record of success and achievement in customer support, community management, and VIP programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy building relationship with people through an array of different channels including phone, email, and chat. You are driven to help customers by anticipating their needs and can use your analytic skills to spot patterns in their behavior to increase their overall game experience. With an interest in the mobile and social gaming space, you have a positive attitude and are excited to learn more. You must be creative, personable, and detail oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Blend top-notch customer service skills and marketing savvy to support our most valued players
  • Ensure the happiness of our customers by building connections and rapport through different outlets
  • Bring creativity to the table and be an advocate for our customers across all games
  • Leverage the relationships you build to engage and retain our top players
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to be the voice of the VIP player to make sure their needs are met
  • Build and manage a program specifically designed to super serve VIP customers
  • Drive community management initiatives on Facebook, Twitter, and external forums
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across product, art, and development
  • Develop and manage email lifecycle program for AGS Interactive games
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer facing environments, providing exceptional service
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience in casino or social casino is a major plus
  • Passion for the mobile gaming industry required
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
