AGS is a full-service designer and manufacturer of gaming products for the casino floor. The Company’s roots are in the Class II, Native American market, and it has recently expanded its product lines to include top performing slot games for the Class III commercial marketplace, as well as live felt table games and mobile gaming.

The recent acquisition of Cadillac Jack®, entry into the table games market, and addition of a mobile gaming segment with the acquisition of RocketPlay, denote a dramatic expansion of AGS products. Increased slot titles and jurisdictional licenses have made AGS the second largest supplier of Class II games in the world and its presence in Class III casinos continues to keep the pace. The diverse line of table products can help casino operators find exactly what they need for any part of the pit and most are available to play for fun online. The Account Executive, Table Games will develop and implement sales plans for AGS' table game products, as agreed to by the Senior Vice President, Table Products.  He/she may also be integral to sales of other products as required. The Account Executive is expected to continually improve upon relationships with our existing customers and create new opportunities for placement of our world-class table games in the casino industry.  This person will be a positive, self-starter and be a great ambassador in the gaming community for our growing business.  The Account Executive will ensure that we deliver first-class customer service at all times.

  • Develops and implements a strategic sales plan, effectively utilizing the consultative sales process
  • Compiles and maintains updated account listings/call sheets of all customers through the use of personal contacts, trade journals, business directories, social media and other available sources of information
  • Builds relationships with, solicits business, and resolves complaints from prospective and current clients
  • Identifies customer needs via sales contacts or through casino floor analysis
  • Provides updated forecast reports on a regular basis to management and identifies major sales opportunities in a timely manner
  • Responsible for in-depth product knowledge about AGS’ Table Games products and their applications within the marketplace
  • Responsible for professionally demonstrating product selling points to customers, at a user level; identifies additional resources that are required for successful presentations
  • Keeps management abreast of competitive market trends and any issues that may impede business
  • Represents AGS at trade association meetings to promote our products
  • Negotiates and prepares sales contracts and sales order documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develops effective working relationships with executives, key management and key decision makers
  • Timely and accurately completes expense reports
  • Meets or exceeds sales quotas
  • Able and willing to travel 75% of the time when business demands
Education/Minimum Years of Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a gaming industry environment
Job Knowledge/Work Experience:
  • Customer Service – knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
  • Sales and Marketing – knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services
  • The Art of Persuasion – persuading others to change their minds or behavior
  • Public Speaking – comfortable talking to people to convey information effectively and confidently
  • Active Listening – giving full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Computer/Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and prioritization are essential
