Customer Service Representative

201 - Technical Assistance Center Duluth, Georgia


The CSR is responsible for taking all incoming calls and routing as needed. This person will monitor the ticket system and server monitoring system and dispatch as needed. They will handle all customer parts quote requests and orders as well as follow-up on existing orders and quotes. This is a 10:00 am-7:00 pm shift that will require weekends. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Service.

 Essential Functions: 

  • Answer and route all incoming calls
  • Process customer part quotes and orders as they arrive
  • Monitor ticket system and server monitoring system
  • Follow-up on tickets, quotes and orders constantly 
 Requirements: 
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of phone system and high volume call center experience 
  • Experience in a technical call center is a plus 
  • Order entry and Ticketing systems experience
