We are looking for an energetic Workplace Associate to manage the Alpharetta offices and corporate apartment and ensuring they run smoothly. To be successful in this role you will be self-driven, organized, resourceful and able to juggle multiple tasks.  You will need to be flexible and have a sense of humor acting as the main point of contact helping out wherever necessary. You will have the intuition to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, be able to complete multiple high-priority tasks efficiently and be comfortable to make decisions for the office with minimal oversight or guidance. 
 
Your duties will include:

  • Manage warehouse facility and corporate office facility – 2 separate office locations within proximity.
  • Manage the front reception area – greeting visitors, interviews, new hires, delivery of group lunches, etc.
  • Manage Corporate Apartment - reservations and ensure the apartment is well serviced. 
  • General office management including ordering office supplies, equipment and furniture, stock the kitchens, and ensure office cleanliness. 
  • Serve as primary contact for the building property management and manage office vendors as needed.
  • Manage keycard/security for employees, vendors, and visitors. 
  • Primary contact for all local security issues.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires locally and responsible for space planning of teams.
  • Executive administration support for our Alpharetta based executive team to include travel arrangements, expenses, lunch catering, etc.
  • Distribute local mail and assist staff with preparing mail/shipments as needed.
  • Assist with planning and execution of various local events including monthly lunches, weekly snacks, birthday celebrations, and more.
  • Manage offsite corporate storage system for the company.
  • Manage all office supplies, conference rooms, etc.
  • Responsible to support AP with facilities PO and invoicing process.
  • Special projects or other duties as needed.

Requirements for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in Office Management or EA experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen sense of ownership of activities driven.
  • Must be trustworthy and dependable.
  • Must be flexible with the ability and willingness to multi-task.
  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Reliable, responsible and thorough.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be an effective, supportive team player.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization skills: the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner.
  • Consistently deliver high quality professional customer service to internal and external customers with ability to be personable and happy to help in a variety of situations.
  • Demonstrated diplomacy and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Able to lift or move items of moderate weight.
  • Able to respond to local security calls evenings or weekends as needed.
