Adlogica is seeking a qualified Director of Business Development to join us in our Amsterdam office. If you have years of experience in a senior-level business development role, we would love to hear from you!


· Partner Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow and acquire key demand-side partnerships. Acquire new partners via cold calls, networking, and conferences.
· Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relations with key advertiser clients and business partners. Manage day-to-day communications with both clients and provide regular updates to the internal teams.
· Strategy Planning: Develop, implement, and manage revenue growth and strategic plans for key partners. Work with internal teams to communicate these plans and to implement processes that allow us to reach these plans. Prepare and maintain financial modeling/projections that may be required for business operations and forecasting.
· Revenue Growth: Manage and exceed partner revenue expectations each quarter. Work closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to identify and implement initiatives to improve revenues.
· Data Analysis: Liase with data and account management teams to analyze partner metrics, identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations that improve revenue generation results.
· Cross-functional team leadership: Inspire and lead across multiple teams, assisting to resolve roadblocks and to drive business performance forward.


· BA/BS from a four-year college or university, MBA strongly preferred
· 5+ years of work experience in a corporate development or business development role
· Demonstrated experience in being able to source, engage and close deals
· Strong understanding of online advertising & capacity to quickly learn technical concepts
· Business acumen with solid negotiation skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Adlogica
· Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
