Adlogica is seeking a Director of Partner Management to join us in the California Bay Area. Responsibilities:

  • Interface with day-to-day clients as well as senior executives
  • Day-to-day client oversight, ensuring all client needs and requests are met
  • Build rapport and maintain client trust through consistent follow up, commitment to reaching partner goals, and proactivity
  • Utilize forecasting and business analytical skills to evaluate potential opportunities and expand partner relationships
  • Maintain current partner revenue forecasts and update key stakeholders
  • Analyze data, summarize what’s working, and champion initiatives to achieve continued performance and partner success.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations regarding parter issues and opportunities; internal client advocate
  • Maintain knowledge of account specifics such as client goals, contracts, campaign revenue, opportunity scale, and media sources
  • Work effectively across cross-functional teams (finance, ad operations, and media buying) to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful account management experience with a focus on direct client contact, optimization, and growth
  • Background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and online media buying (search, display, and programmatic)
  • Proficient in analyzing data, presenting findings, and driving partner negotiations with data backup
  • Exceptional attention to detail; proactively identify problems before the client
  • Strong customer focus, responsiveness and follow through on all customer inquiries
  • Creative, innovative and analytical to help clients achieve their goals while we achieve ours
  • Vertical experience particularly in financial services including insurance, loans, and consumer credit a plus
