ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Specialist located in Pristina, Kosovo. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a government critical infrastructure program.

As the CICS you will work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that cyber security projects meet objectives across our organization.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
• Identify and solve potential and actual security problems
• Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in technical area
• At least 3 years experience in cybersecurity
• Experience developing a cybersecurity strategy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand complex business systems to ensure proper documentation is developed
• Must be able to read and write proficiently in English

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting government customers
• Degree in cybersecurity or related field
• Experience in energy, technology, transportation, or other critical infrastructure area
