Act-On is a leading marketing automation company servicing thousands of customers worldwide.  We are looking for a passionate Demand Generation Manager. The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing campaigns across a number of different channels in an organization geared for high-growth with a focus on paid media. This role offers the opportunity to execute and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, partner closely with sales to help build pipeline and win more deals, and be creative with your approach in a mature industry that is ripe for disruption.   
  
What You’ll Be Doing:   
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline  
  • Own the success of our Paid Media (SEM display, paid social media, etc) digital demand gen efforts  
  • Create demand generation content across multiple mediums target prospects throughout the lifecycle  
  • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth  
  • Execute paid ad programs that produce increased engagement rates that are consistently above industry standards and drive customer satisfaction.  
  • Continuously monitor and seek opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.  
  • Work with the content team to ensure content is optimized, distributed and targeted to new and existing prospective buyers with an eye on expanding market reach.  
  • Work with the creative team to build key PPC landing pages for both branded and non branded terms/targets, offers and messaging to help support pipeline and campaign objectives while using Act-On’s software.  
  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketing automation space and Act-On, leading to content contributions that fit into the Act-On narrative.  
  • Work directly with BDR teams to ensure they are educated about active campaigns and understand how to best follow-up with leads to drive up conversion rates  
  • Establish and track budget expenses across various marketing programs to ensure we are on-budget.  
  • Compile and report results of marketing efforts using various systems - such as Salesforce.com and Tableau  
Who You Are:  
  • 5+ years of software marketing experience across a broad range of paid channels 
  • 3+ years of Google Ads experience  
  • 3+ years experience driving successful social ad campaigns  
  • Highly motivated energetic self starter, passionate about martech who thrives in a high-growth organization.  
  • Proven experience contributing to demand generation, digital marketing and campaign efforts.  
  • Strong ability to understand marketing metrics and how to take this data to drive more effectiveness.   
  • Able to analyze and evaluate business issues; and document business and go-to-market plans.  
  • Comfortable and confident balancing responsibilities across multiple marketing channels with strong organizational skills  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others within the marketing team as well as cross-functionally.

Compensation:    
The anticipated annual compensation for this position will be $80,000-$95,000. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate’s skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
