OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Assessment Operations Product Associate to plan and execute the logistical and operational details for ANet partners to access Math and ELA assessment content in third party platforms. The Associate will report to the Manager, Assessment Operations and work closely with the Math and ELA content teams to maintain and strengthen the process.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

      Create processes to review, edit, and input assessment items into third-party platforms (i.e., Illuminate DnA, Illuminate Renaissance, Illuminate School City, etc.)

      Co-lead quality assurance testing of the third-party platform and its alignment with ANet’s Assessment Tool

      Create and revise English and/or Spanish assessments in the third-party platform by selecting items, completing layout, and adhering to ANet’s style guide and assessment design principles

      Implement adjustments to ANet’s online items, assessments, and analysis guides based on team, content and partner input

      Support in determining areas for efficiency across the item creation and assessment building process in third-party platforms

      Create and manage daily tasks in Wrike, ANet’s project management system

      Lead project management for emerging production needs related to assessment creation and administration

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:

      Minimum 1-3 years of project management work experience

      Ability to set realistic objectives and meet deadlines

      Experience independently owning workstreams to proactively generate innovative ideas and partner with key stakeholders on solutions

      Comfort learning and using new software, applications, and online platforms

      Thorough, precise and meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

      Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

      Preferred but not required: Spanish fluency: understanding of grammar rules, reading, writing and editing skills

The pay range for this position is between $21.42- $31.62 per hour. New hires will start between the range minimum and midpoint ($21.42- $26.23) based on qualifications assessed during the hiring process, past experience, and internal equity. In order to uphold our commitment to transparent, equitable, competitive, and sustainable compensation, ANet does not negotiate pay.
