- Overseeing and executing all employee engagement programs (may utilize other employees as interest allows to be inclusive—but will maintain ownership ensuring their successful roll out and ongoing engagement in them)
- Contests
- Virtual challenges
- Clubs / Interest Groups
- Capturing all initiatives and working with Content Manager to create external-facing media such as:
- Company Podcasts
- Employee Videos
- Culture Hub on Website
- Others as determined
- Managing Employee Recognition and Reward Platform (currently Nectar)
- Driving ongoing engagement via awards and challenges
- Working with Department heads to create opportunities
- Managing reporting and analytics
- Creating and/or deploying new ideas
- Ongoing internal communications to keep staff In the loop on initiatives
- Newsletter / Updates on culture programs and key programs available
- Zoom-based updates
- Other communications as determined
- Liaise with all departments to communicate Company successes
- Spotlights
- Highlighting standout case studies and successes from clients or teams, and working closely with Content Manager to streamline communication across the AccountingDepartment.com blog, social media channels, and email subscriptions
- Share successes with Sales Team
- Act as a bridge between HR & Marketing
- Interdepartmental communications and projects are mission critical to our success in talent acquisition and management—this role will work closely with the HR department to ensure priorities are met for both department objectives

- Project Management—the ability to break every project up into tasks and visualize a timeline for success, including leveraging research and resources
- Personality! This position is perfect for an upbeat, dynamic, engaging personality with something to say—you’re not afraid of the camera, talking to 200 people in a live Zoom meeting, or day-to-day small talk with employees throughout the company
- Urgency & Energy—Our marketing and sales department hums with energy and a strong sense of urgency. We have a lot of fun but we also chase big goals with a lot of accountability. The right person will bring a self-driven, highly accountable mindset to the table where we prioritize getting things done.
- While we live by the core value of family first and having work-life balance, there are times that you may have to work outside of normal work hours to complete certain deliverables. While this isn’t an often occurrence, we do require some flexibility with it.
