Position: Associate Director

Reports to: Director Personal Care – Non-Clinical

Job Description/Requirements:

As an Associate Director you will:

*Direct management of assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, development, and discipline. Provide guidance and direction to assigned branch leadership.

*Identify opportunities for operational improvement of assigned staff , and develops and implements plans to optimize work performance of teams

*Support the DPC in the day-to-day management of all office staff and related activities including recruiting, hiring, assessment activity, staffing / scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll / billing requirements, and all compliance and human resource needs.

*Partner with the DPC to communicate procedural changes to office staff, and provide on-going oversight to ensure compliance.

*Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region. Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and procedures, and all applicable compliance requirements for the branch. Monitor compliance and reports any opportunities for improvement to leadership.

*Achieve and maintain exemplary standards in the care of our clients and our referral sources. Oversee the overall quality and depth of the Care Partner pool and service levels provided to clients and referral sources.

*Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.

*Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.

*Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:

*Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

*Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required

*Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred

*Valid driver’s license

*Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities

*Willingness to take on new projects and initiatives

*Excellent interpersonal/listening skills

*Excellent problem solving and task analysis skills

*Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment amongst and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
