Bilingual Assistant Patient Care Coordinator:
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Assistant Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Patient Care Coordinators with intake calls from insurance plans, inputting new cases and scheduling vivid care systems. Introduction calls to new members and providing efficient customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Coordinator is responsible for working with client intakes and assessments from providers. Accepts or reject cases based on patient needs, availability of skill sets, time and/or location and monitors and navigates the Home Health Aide X Systems.
- Handle intake calls from insurance plans
- Input new case/schedule into vivid care systems
- Introduction calls to new members
- Customer service calls
- Monitor/Navigate our HHAX systems
High School graduate or equivalent required
