ABOUT Your Role:

As the Director of Audience Development, you'll be responsible for reaching new audiences, on every platform. In 2016, launched three of the fastest growing brands, each reaching tens of millions of people every month. In 2017, we're launching two more.

ABOUT Your Contributions:

  • Manage a social media team working across five rapidly growing brands to find and engage the right audience, for the right brand, on the right platform
  • Work with Product and Tech to optimize our sites for social
  • Work with Data Science and Analytics to track ROI and optimize campaigns


  • 3+ years proven experience driving audience growth on social platforms for a major publisher
  • 2+ years manage a social growth team
  • Experience managing a substantial growth budget and proving ROI
  • Detailed understanding of the pixels, tags and meta-data that make social work
