The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that deliver on client’s needs and continue to shape our Salesforce practice and digital transformation strategy.
Work You’ll Do
- Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, supporting digital transformation goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and priorities and recommend Salesforce customizations and configurations that drive efficiency and innovationTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned to Salesforce best practices
- Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects that align with broader digital transformation efforts
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of Salesforce solutions with the organization's needs and serving as a trusted advisorSupport configuration, testing, and deployment activities including UAT planning and executionSupport business development activities including solutioning, level of effort estimates, and proposal developmentContribute to the growth of the AArete’s Salesforce practice by refining and developing templates, accelerators, and delivery standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with custom application development within the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of data migration and integration techniques
