  • Work with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and creative recruitment strategies that will attract and retain the best available talent with the goal to have the right people in the right place at the right time
  • Develop candidate pipeline for future open positions that will eliminate long lead time
  • Increase the Company's employment brand through creative campaigns and initiatives
