We’re looking for a smart, energetic and detail-oriented, Media Operations Specialist to implement and execute integrated media campaigns. The Media Operations Specialist supports all day-to-day media operations for assigned accounts, aiding campaign planning, scheduling, implementation and tracking. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Integrated Media team on daily deliverables
  • Manage set-up and day-to-day campaign maintenance including campaign/site tracking, media trafficking, testing, ad campaign scheduling and organization in addition to monitoring pacing and billing process
  • Consistent daily quality assurance (QA) and monitoring of integrated media campaigns across platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Facebook LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.
  • Screen incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements
  • Communicate clear deadlines for creative assets to internal or client teams for on-time launch
  • Help support project plans, calendars and media launches to keep tasks on time
  • Work with client, internal teams and partners to set up tags and troubleshoot technical issues with tracking and measurement
  • Cultivate relationships with media vendors, draft and submit RFPs, evaluate proposals, provide media POVs and reconcile media buys on a regular basis with minimal supervision
  • Present detailed analysis of campaign results and provide ongoing strategic recommendations to team and clients
  • Keep current on new media opportunities, tools, and trends for the agency
  • Ensure all media planning and management processes throughout the agency follow best practices
  • Possible campaign execution and management through demand-side platforms depending on client initiatives
  • Advise and consult with internal teams and clients regarding advertising technologies, tracking and campaign performance

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
  • 2-3 years of digital ad operations experience
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager (or other ad server) and Google Analytics
  • Required experience with trafficking and managing digital campaigns
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and proven experience developing and managing to performance metrics
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and QA
  • Ability to create and maintain successful publisher relationships
  • Has proven successful direct client relationships
  • Proficiency in Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Google Analytics (or similar alternatives)
  • Experience with demand-side platform execution a plus
