Role Description:

505 Games is searching for a collaborative, hyper-organized individual with pricing and account management experience to help support the 1st Party Partnership Team effectively launch titles. This exciting position will work to support key gaming platform partners such as Nintendo, Valve, Sony, Microsoft, Google, Apple and more. 

The 1P AM is the first line of internal operational support for the 1st Party Team. The main point of contact for 505 Games’ internal teams and external key Partners with regards to pricing as well as marketing and promotional assets on a day-to-day basis.  This role must provide excellent support to all partners and demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels

 

The ideal candidate loves games and understands the market. Experience in digital sales, pricing and how to influence sale volumes globally is essential. In addition, he/she must demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of work whilst in a demanding, deadline driven environment.  Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties to meet the day to day demands of the business, whilst being professional and approachable especially when under pressure. Must have the ability to work independently whilst working as an account support to key partners.

 

Key Responsibilities of Role:

Become the ambassador of all 1P operations by working with Brand, Marketing, PD and Submissions to ensure all opportunities are planned and executed efficiently. Where necessary obtain guidance from 1st Party Partners to ensure operationally activity and assets are provided appropriately.

 

  • Create internal efficiencies enabling the 1P Marketing Team to generate digital revenue and earn meaningful 1st Party marketing support
  • Advise and execute digital pricing across multiple store fronts
  • Support the 1st Party team in the overall management of the weekly promotions calendar, specifically overseeing reporting
  • Look to manage sales and promotional projects and initiatives across various games, teams and platforms
  • Extract and analyse sales data from 1st Party Portals for all promotional programs
  • Become to the go-to person for sales analysis using data to plan future opportunities
  • Effectively coordinate the distribution of metadata and marketing materials to 1st Party partners in a timely and responsible manner
  • Aid the campaign Setup of several different 1st Party management systems ensuring marketing campaigns and discount promotions are up to date at all times
  • Work alongside partners located around the globe
  • Work with submissions, operations and 505 1st Party Team to ensure that the creation and maintenance of titles with first party are carried out
  • Work with respective Community Managers to help push out notifications to the community via 1st Party stores/ SM accounts/ ecosystems
  • Collate and check advertising creative providing relevant specs to the creative department. Submit advertising creative to relevant 1st Party once approved
  • Circulate (weekly) updates to the wider teams the weekly promotion calendar

 

Requirements:

  • Gaming industry experience valued but not essential
  • 2+ years’ project management, operations or marketing experience
  • Proficient at Office-like applications – Word, Excel, PPT, etc…
  • Problem solver and strategic thinker with critical and creative thinking ability
  • Detail oriented with project management tracking capabilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to represent company professionally
  • Flexible work hours to ensure communication with key partners internally and externally
