What will you do?
  • Take part in account-based marketing campaigns where research is heavily required to formulate a more substantial understanding of a prospect’s organization
  • Perform list/data scrubbing work to provide targeted information for campaigns
  • Experience with extracting data and/or contact lists from CRM and Martech platforms for campaign/reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the campaign team to develop detailed and deliver marketing strategies in line with the requirements of the project
  • Exposure to HTML email marketing: coding, testing, optimization, and best practices
  • Build, manage and optimize content for the website and manage paid advertisement and/or search/display/ social campaigns
  • Audit campaigns and adjust to accurately and evenly spend/pace with client advertising budgets and business goals
  • Assist in updating website content and build landing pages. Knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, and HTML is an advantage
  • Identify relevant & impactful business information about prospects and recommend different angles of approach for the sales team to have an effective first meeting
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
  • Effectively communicate wins, identify trends, and proactively offer campaign suggestions; able to communicate complex ideas effectively
 What do you need to succeed? 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of planning and executing digital campaigns incapacity of content marketing.
  • Growth mindset, embrace humility, adaptive to constant change, challenges the status-quo and attain success through teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, responding to change constructively while optimizing individual performance goals.
  • Must be positive, proactive, and work well under pressure alone and/or across the functional team.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks individually which might require input from multiple sources
  • Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
Strong preference:
  • Knowledge and experience in B2B demand and lead generation.
  • Impressive working knowledge in content, search engine, social media marketing and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong affinity for data driven campaign planning and execution.
  • Candidate with strong analytical skill with market research background preferred.
