We are looking for a digital native marketer to devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target businesses. This is a non-people management role that requires delicate marketing skills and sound knowledge in social media marketing.

In a nutshell, this role requires management of implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate campaign plan across the organization, including interacting with all stakeholders.
  • Visualize campaign reach and prepare insights of proposed campaigns to senior management.
  • Ensure organization’s brand and identity adheres to all campaign aspects.
  • Regular reporting of campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Collect and utilize data to assist new proposals, campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Deliver campaigns in a timely manner while ensuring campaign deliverables are met.
  • Continuous research on current marketing trends.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of planning and executing digital campaigns in capacity of content marketing.
  • Preferably a candidate with a degree in marketing or business studies.
  • Strong affinity for data driven campaign planning and execution.
  • Impressive work knowledge in content, search engine and social media marketing.
  • Exposure to programmatic marketing / Big Data Analytics (BDA) is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
  • In depth knowledge and experience in demand and lead generation.
  • A self-starter with strong belief in the team spirit.
