  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in B2B marketing operations.
  • Evaluate process funnel stages and operational velocity and optimize where possible
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data services, and lead management processes) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Conduct live and remote training with clients on system process enhancements
  • Lead cadence meetings to report on marketing projects and effectiveness and implement feedback from clients.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing activity and process data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with both digital campaign specialists and senior leaders to accurately forecast and craft the right strategies to achieve operational excellence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business along with practical experience in marketing analytics.
  • Experience with marketing execution, marketing automation technology, marketing analytics and website content management systems.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing operations
  • Excellent understanding of marketing operations processes and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
